Processing Times, Shipping & Delivery

   We strive to ship our products to you as quickly as possible. Because all items are made to order, Our processing time varies based on the product you ordered. Our Wall Decals and Charcuterie boards take about one week to process from the date of receipt of purchase. Our Topographic maps take about 6 weeks to create and ship out, Our wooden City Maps have a 2 week processing time. All decal kits are packaged and shipped in a Kraft brown tube that is 2 to 3 inches in diameter and usually 27 to 36 inches long. Charcuterie Boards are wrapped in brown craft paper and packaged in a padded envelope. Wooden Maps are wrapped and shipped enclosed in cardboard boxes. All domestic orders are shipped USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items during transit, once the package leave Our hands. It is out of Our control.

Due to the large size of some of the products, shipping to PO Boxes may not always be possible. Please check with your PO Box provider if you have any questions regarding how large packages are handled at their facility.

We are still seeing transit delays due to Covid 19. We recommend ordering sooner, rather than later if you need any product by a certain date.


Returns & Replacements
   If a product is damaged during shipping, we are happy to send you a new product, however we request that you provide a photo of the damage at the time of your replacement request. We gladly accept returns that are not custom orders. Please email us at info@chromantics.com if you changed your mind and would like to return your order. Any returns or exchanges must be authorized by Chromantics and must be requested within 14 days of the original delivery date. 

Shipping costs and custom orders will not be refunded.

We will never share your personal information with outside parties. Any personal information provided is kept for internal use only; we may use the provided email address to periodically inform you of special sales and promotions or to email coupons for use on our site. Accounts created are used solely to streamline the order process: allowing you to save items to your cart for later purchase, create wishlists, see past orders, track open orders, and store your shipping and billing addresses for faster ordering in the future.
